Are you under the impression that Blackwood finished second because they played all three of their games?
Because when Nuri forfeited their game on Sat evening, we (PDFC) were under the impression that the forfeit would automatically be credited to us, therefore finishing second on the table, because we had won one game and Blackwood hadn't won any of theirs.
Seems a bit of a strange system when you cant win a game all weekend and then finish higher than a side that beat you previously. Doesn't make any sense, in my eyes.
All in all the carnival was well run and hats off to the Loxton Tigers Football Club and also a big thanks to the guys who cooked the BBQ all day. What Legends they are!!!

Cold hard cash, my friend. I think it was $400 to 2nd place. Would have looked nice on the bar next weekend.

But if you guys withdrew and Nuri withdrew, then there would've only been two teams left, therefore 1st (Gaza) and 2nd (Blackwood). Unless I'm mistaken and Ports didn't withdraw?
