Really a must win game for the Roosters this week, if they get the job done I think they will be playing finals footy. If not they need to scrape a win through against one of the top two sides. A win knocks the very dangerous RSMU out of the race. And then they’d be hoping for a Saints win against B/S should be a good week of footy!

Another round upon us.

All the A Grade action this week will be at Eudunda and Riverton.

The biggest game of the round in the A Grade will be RSMU vs North Clare. A North Clare win will be curtains for RSMU's season. At the start of the week I would have had RSMU winning but a few rumors around injuries have once again taken their toll and they may be missing a few.

Blyth/Snowtown need to recapture their early season form if they are to knock off the Saints away from home. The Saints are playing for a top two spot and play well at their old dung heap, expecting the Saints to win this one by 5-6 goals.

BSR should comfortably account for BBH in both grades. Whilst Min Man will have a field day in both grades against South Clare.

Interesting week in both A and B Grades which has left more questions than answers.

A Grade

RSMU have continued their hot form knocking off North Clare by 61 points. With Southern Saints predictably beating Blyth/Snowtown it means we have a three-horse race for that fourth and final place in the finals that will go into the last week.

North Clare who finish the year with the top two sides in MIn-Man and BSR. They look to be stranded on 15 pts.
RSMU will play top place BSR this week but then play second to bottom South Clare. Worst case scenario is they win one of them and finish on 16 pts.
Blyth/Snowtown will beat bottom placed BBH this week but then play a Min-Man side who will most likely need to win to secure top two. They probably go 1-1 taking them to 15 pts. B/S in sixth though have a better % than North Clare if that comes into the occasion.

B Grade

One of the bigger upsets of the year with the second to bottom RSMU knocking off the fourth placed North Clare. It all became academic though as results in other games meant North Clare have secured a finals appearance guaranteed to finish fourth no matter what. With the top four set all interest lies in the top 2 race.

BSR finish the year with the two teams mentioned above RSMU and North Clare. They should win both of them.
This leaves Blyth and Min Man playing each other in the last round of the year most likley equal on points with the winner getting the top two spot.

The beauty to this year is none of the top four will be able to stack in the last couple of weeks with all clubs A Grades got spots/finals/top 2 on the line.

Has turned into a cracking season.
