lofty have had a great couple of years.

KB set them up and brought them from bottom to 5th, then grainger took them from 5th to top last year.

This year they are sitting second and have lost three games, I believe that is 4 games lost in two years.

So he is going well I believe.
How good is footy!

Good to hear Wonder Elephant, it always struck me that he was actually more football rounded or wordly than the A Grade coach when he was at Saint Peters coaching the B's. I'm glad to hear it, thanks.

Well I have come across the news that Nathan Grainger has applied for both the Broadview and Rostrevor coaching jobs in Div 1 SAAFL. In one of the interviews they asked him why he was applying for the job to which he replied that he wanted to test his coaching abilities in a better competition than what he had been. Mmmmmmmmmmm don't bite the hand that feeds you.

Isn't that a fair comment? I would've thought Div 1 SAAFL would be the best competition in SA outside the SANFL?

I think it means he has signed on at Lofty to go again in 2008.
