Did this comp end at the end of the minor round?

No

The settings on the website state that the sanfl tipping comp finished at round 23...

Just tried and it let me put my tips in for this weeks finals.

It's odd. All week the site wouldn't let you enter SANFL finals tips (hence my earlier comments) and then suddenly on Friday you could do SANFL finals tips - but the settings tab for this comp state that the comp ended at SANFL Round 23 anyway so the SANFL Finals tips aren't needed...
