When the Prime Minster comes and gives money to a local Disabilty service and he was there to open it.In front of local media

How about when the Prime Minister appears on Kerri Anne Kennerley's show - as he will do tomorrow morning (September 3). Can you ever imagine John Winston Howard resorting to such a thing unless he was absolutely desperate?
