Adelaide battleground for Federal election

ADELAIDE IS A KEY POLITICAL BATTLEGROUND FOR LABOR

… Health is identified as Adelaide’s Most Important Issue by Federalelection.com.au…

According to http://www.federalelection.com.au, the world’s first election-focused website, Labor has one of its slimmest margins in the country in Adelaide, at just 1.3 per cent. The website, which features research compiled by Roy Morgan Research, also notes the most important issues to voters in the Adelaide community as being:

1. “Improving health services and hospitals” – 34 per cent of Adelaide voters voiced this as a concern.
2. “Managing the economy” – 27 per cent of Adelaide voters voiced this as a concern.
3. “Fair workplace and employment regulations” – 22 per cent of Adelaide voters voiced this as a concern.

Labor need about 13-16 new seats to win (can't remember exact number) to change Govt and with WA looking like continuing as a Liberal strong-hold, SA is crucial for them to pick up some of those seats they need.
In between signatures .....

Yeah I will be down at local polling booth handing out pamplets. Go Nicole!!! _I think I will be voting 1 to Greens party though as long as their preferences will go to Labour.

But the ALP spell it the US way [and incidentally the Latin way]. That U got in because it came to English via french, but U has been rejected by the ALP.
