Yeah I caught it. He's faaarking crazy but a lot of what he says rings true with many punters. Paul Murray right now is tearing Wong/Gillard/swan all to bits.

Katter is all huff and puff but never does anything ... his electorate largely knows that but keep voting for him for some reason.

Tony Abbott has made some silly statements over the years, but then name a politician that hasn't.

They all make silly ones, but Abbott's comments about a dying man were simply unforgivable - he is a totally insensitive tool.

I probably won't vote for either major party, will have to check out who the candidates for minor parties and independents, I guess.

Never (knowingly) voted informal before, perhaps thats an option.

If Turnbull was Leader, I'd probably consider voting for the Libs. Abbott though probably not, as I don't see him as being stable enough to be PM.

First major policy release from the Coalition since the announcement of the Federal election will see them deliver a half arsed broadband network that is approx. 2/3 the cost of the Labor model. Half as slow, with very limited expansion capability, very little capacity to facilitate new technologies, and and far less coverage in regional areas. I feel for Malcolm Turnbull who had to defend it today.

Typical Abbott half-baked plan. He doesn't deserve any respect from us IMO
