I guess it was only amatter of time..... im surprised that club kept all those quality players all those years considering henley isnt a high paying club......... Fudd03 - maybe point the finger at Seaton Ramblers because of two reasons....
1) money (they have heaps of it) &
2) Hodgey

Another one is Norwood Payneham Union is heavily cashed up at the moment as have already signed up a good ruckman, anthony harvey, scotty direen, Danny Diestel-Fedderson, and if Feasty doesn't get through pre-season he will be on the books down there aswell...
Could be a big shot at finals in A2 this year with that calibre of player in the team...

Fudd, dont know who you've been talking to mate, but whoever it is, they're WAAAAAAAAAY off the mark. just like any other club without pokies, we struggle for the cash, however just like any other club we're hoping to get a couple of big sponsors on board just to get through the season.
As I said in a previous post/thread, Direen and McLean (ruckman from encounter i think) are the only 2 definates at this stage.

Who are the five going to Murrayville?
The Bulldogs would want to be paying again after going bottom the year following a premiership.

i have a good source within the norwood payneham football club that are saying Anthony Harvey is a definate and that they will get Feasty if the pre-season doesn't go his way and a big couple of years over the bar and a lot of sponsorship they have a bit of coin...
the five going to murrayville are Biglands, Pitt, Westcombe, Vennus, and myself but haven't signed yet still in negotiations....

Who is coaching Murryville? Is it Heath Rodgers? Have they got coin to throw around? Under a two hour drive and then you can sleep in Rachel Sporn Park

It's not quite a two hour drive to Murrayville. It's about one and half hours from here, and we're a lot closer than Adelaide is.
And Fudd - I'll keep an eye out for those names in the Murrayville reports during the winter.
Drew Crane coached Murrayville last year, is he doing it again?
