we used to have the " PORK CHOP AWARD" award. was actually a real pork chop on a string. was given saturday morning to someone who put in a drunken effort on the bus trip to wherever we were going on the friday night. had to wear it for the rest of the footy trip to we got back home. usually the winner was in the same state when we 1st left.

Best footy trip stories remain within the group who were involved.

SHOCs have an award called the clownlow medal for the best social performer all year. It is apparantly a bigger award to get than the B&F and most of the weight for the award is on the footy trip. Fair to say there have been some interesting stories!

How about Uraidla last year:

Won the A Grade flag.
Had 12 blokes on their trip.
Were never spotted out past midnight.
Had 1 player leave their group to follow the Devils boys around.

Exciting!

We have the pink jersey for the worst performed at that particular time, although with some of the metrosexuality that goes on these days it's hard to tell if blokes actually don't want to wear it...

i disagree with not being able to share footy trip stories, theres so many that can be shared without getting anyone in trouble. for instance one person who is a major poster on this forum spewing on the bus all over the seats etc, 4 blokes going out in sympathy with him then another couple after a roadkill possum was thrown infront of them.

Remember being in Bali in November 1998 and the Norwood Football Club was over there.
The father of one of the guys I was with was the trainer at the Redlegs at the time so he knew a few of the players.
They had a thing going on that trip that the last person to have spewed had to get around Bali with a toilet seat around their neck.
