AALBORG AUSTRALIAN FOOTBALL CLUB DENMARK

Looking to travel overseas in 2010 and still want to have a kick?

The Aalborg Australian football club is looking for interested coach/players to play in Denmark. Aalborg are a part of the Jutland Shinboners and play in the Danish Australian Football League www.dafl.dk. The Danish league is well established and has teams spread out over Denmark and Southern Sweden. Aalborg is made up of danish guys with a few aussies. The level of the danish league is hard to compare to Australian leagues, but it can be said games are proffesionally run with all the same elements of a game in Oz. Interested Australians must see this has a opportunity to try something different and give something to the game outside of Oz.

It must be stressed, there is no remuneration for flights, accommodation and so on, but the club is more than willing to help with arranging work and accommodation.

Looking for recently retired A Grade footballer seeking his coaching career start. Playing coach is an option, a requirement is the successful applicant will lead by example, at least on the track, including pre-season. Someone who can bring his own support staff would be considered strongly.
