Fair chance there is about 50 blokes in his comp reading that and thinking ' well that explains a lot'.

found this on the country thread, do you reckon there'd be anyone in the SAAFL that would stoop to this level...

It certainly casts plenty of doubt over the 3 previous B & F's he has won.
NG, keep those votes at the Cattery under lock and key, don't want any of that hitting the press in Adelaide, we've just cleaned up one mess, don't wan't another! ;)

In Div 7 Reserves they don't have to be underhanded as a certain teams club umpire automatically picks a certain player quite openly every game!

I read it a second time and replaced "Joe Bordonaro" with "Gary Ablett Jr"

Unfortunately makes a total farce of the whole system, I personally do not put in credibility in ump votes, which may not be fair to legitimate winners but when there is blatant abuse by a few it does scar the many.

A certain former Pecker rates his B-Grade medals so highly, he wore one he won playing for Ardrossan at training the following week! It also adorned his wedding cake according to my information. When Weasel won it a few years ago, he spent the rest of the night telling Weasel that he would have won it had he not had to play A-Grade a few times during the year. Weasel was like "who cares mate, it's B-Grade!" Not saying that he would have done a Joe Bordanaro, but it takes a "special" kind of guy to care about B-Grade so much! :D

Article in The Age today says that Bordenaro has had his 5 year suspension lifted. He is expected to make himself unavailable for selection
for his teams Grand Final this week as he feels it would upset team balance.

Apparantly, the suspension was lifted after the league decided to give him the benefit of the doubt.
