Brad Pearce would be Kersbrook's best bet. Roger has been held in a few games and Paul James tell the umpires 'what a wonderful job they're doing' too much. Brad Pearce is the Man, but fear his team mates might have pinched too many votes off him.

Good call Cougar, have to acknowledge your local prespective there as I am only commenting from Courier write-ups & what I see in the Best/Goalkickers etc...

I would think the "STAR" factor (accompanied by good preformances & mega goals of course) would have gained Roger some votes (umpires wanting to be his mate)... and I was unaware the youngest bro had a blossoming relationship with the umps?

Just started this year.
Played cricket for roopena and followed through with the footy.
Won the A grade premiership, off his back practically, now, he's on the way to our bf and probably the association.
I hope he does anyway.
Very modest, top bloke.
PM me and i'll pass on your regards if you like

ahh my influence on these three guys is starting to pay off

All three are top players, all very different types of player.

Love to see 'jeri' win it. Not sure whether he has yet! Missed out by one vote one year when he was off playing regional champs and Eastern Eyre league still played.

Agree about Greg Fiebig. He is a terrific bloke.

Luke Harrowfield is just a pure natural. He won a bet when still in his teens that he and a mate could run from Arno Bay to Pt Neill (about 35 kms if memory correct) in under 4 hours. They did it easy.
Success is in trying

Yeah, now you mention it, you're 100% right, definately different players.
Jerry has never won it.
Did come close behind Pup Jenner a few years back, but didn't win.
His teammate, minature sized midfielder Daniel Lee at age 19 won it last year.
Feebs (Alfy) has had another fantastic season in the midfield for Roopena and should win it easily.
Harrowfield has been more than consistent this year, his hard running game style will surely stand out in 2007.

Div 6R - Brett Ryan, Hope Valley would have to go close. Unless of course Wes Legrande gets his usual votes just for showing up...
