cj, who are some of the lads playing for you guys who used to play for the blacks...i know lots of lads from blackfriars that play at uni..they graduated school around 98 - 2000...luey, pearcey, roockes, etc etc...

The guys that pare playing for us are younger guys who only spent a year out there.... we are entereing div 7 so no chance of luring the likes of pearcy, bridgy, bubbles and co from div 1.... plus its unis 100th year celeb this year so that will stop the likes of monty, luey, bernarth, rogers and co but i doubt they will come accross anyway after that its hard to leave a great club especially when all your mates play there. i was only there for one year and found it extremely hard to break away and try to get this off the ground... we have afew fitzroy boys, then 1 or 2 from a variety of clubs such as broadview, walkerville, ovingham, sailsbury, athelstone etc etc and alot of the lads havent played in the last season or 2 and we have alot of talented youth which can be good as they shall grow with the club

Played at Salisbury since I was 7 years old in 1996 til Under 17s and A Grade this year (2005), and won't ever leave. Played development squads and a couple of 17s games for Centrals but too much politics out there.

Ian, Coorong is about 10 years older than me, I remember we sometimes played Border Downs in a practise match before the season started. This was in Colts football, we have been in contact with each other he knows my father.
