Being played on Adelaide No. 2 this Saturday & Sunday from 10:30am. Kensington have gone through the season only dropping one game to Adelaide. Last time these teams met the second day was washed out after the Eagles had Kensington 3/50 chasing 270 overnight.

West Torrens are chasing their first A Grade premiership since 1961/62 after being in countless Grand Finals since then. The Eagles won the Club Championship for the second time in 3 seasons this year and won the C Grade, U16 Red and U14 Red premierships last weekend.

Kensington last won an A Grade premiership in 2002/03 and already have the XXXX Gold One Day Trophy in their trophy cabinet after defeating Sturt at Adelaide Oval earlier in the season.

Adelaide won the B Grade Premiership and Glenelg the D Grade last weekend.

If you have some spare time on the weekend get down to Adelaide No. 2 and check it out. Good cricket and a few state players involved with Cleary for the Browns and Kelly and Elliott for the Eagles.

Wonderful effort by the boys, under the guidance of super coach Grant Wyman. Made 26 years of service extremely worthwhile!! Go the mighty Eags!!!

Just wondering for those in the know at torrens how far they think young george will go.

his old man Rob played at Port Noarlunga in the early 70's so I have a passing interest in how he is going.

Nice guy Rob is as well :)

Smithy,
Pigeon, as Peter George is known, has the ability to definitely play State cricket. He has already drawn the attention of at least one other State. His bowling this year was excellent. Great line and length and he has even developed a bit of aggression. He is one of the nicest guys you will ever ever meet but opposition batsmen now definitely fear the Pigeon!!
