I might be wrong but are the cricket scores going in the Sunday mail anymore?
I've been away for nearly 3 weeks come back and there were no scores in today's paper is that just this week or the way it is this year? I use to enjoy going through the results on a Sunday morning.

Mycricket!!!
Don't think any associations would see value in the old paper score especially if a cost is involved

PDCA and A&SCA have been having results go in the Monday Crowvetiser for a few seasons, this year C&CCA have followed suit.
Allows clubs a bit longer to get accurate results in as well and don't have to rush to get them in by a Sat deadline. Also brings them into line with the other two community cricket comps.
But whufc is right, mycricket is where it's at lol

Why wouldnt the papers lift the results from Mycricket?
Surely its in their best interest to put results in to sell papers to those who dont access my cricket, shouldnt be a charge to associations for this benefit to the papers

There's no cost to the associations at all, the PDCA used to send them in before the cut-off but the Sunday Mail continually didn't publish them. The PDCA have since relaxed the time to have scores sent in, it is now 11am on Sundays in which they send them out to the Advertiser ready for Monday's publication.
