Geez reminds me of my first year of senior cricket - forever running from mid wicket/square leg down to 3rd man/fine leg to fetch the ball because the keeper and the slips were old and fat to move if they missed it

Speak to your club delegate - pretty sure final gradings were sorted Wednesday.

Salis West will likely be Grade 1,2,6,7,7 I think

What a well run organization. Games start in 5 days yet. The fixture is still to be released

What does it matter? People know they are playing this Saturday, who you play isn't going to affect that...

Atco have had some changes this year to the potential A-Graders

-Ben Whalan (?)

INS
-Ryan Parker
-Nathaniel Brooke's
-Lordy
-some bloke from the Riverland potential a grade bowler

Why is Whalan out? Every good side needs a left arm orthy 8)

Parker and Brookes are massive ins

Hehehehe

Agree very handy left arm orthy moreso than a batter ;)

Change is marital status means he has his girls every second weekend so will only be playing certain games throughout the year

Week 1, round 1

Atco 9/353 (despite being under manned riverside played with their usual high sportsmanship, absolute quality club who epitomise the spirit of cricket)

Central United 72 vs Virginia 7/168

Angle Vale 112 vs Salisbury West 7/75 (Justin Davies 7/20 odd apparently, easily top two bowler in pdca)

Parafield Gardens 239 vs Craigmore 0/6

Just a heads up,

Last Saturday Eastern Park had their storage units broken into and all their cricket gear and senior footballs stolen

If u do see or hear of anyone selling cricket gear or sherrins real cheap please let Eastern Park or the police know

Yeah it's no good, don't wish that upon any club, without opponents and rivals we have nothing

One of our cricketers had his car broken into this week and cricket gear stolen

Luckily enough our club has been able to raise enough money to replace it for him.

Living the dream today

Have the kids this weekend so was subbed out after getting to bat last week

Get my kids, beers, sunshine, cricket and don't have to field
#livingthedream

Funnily enough though it looks likely the club will have a paid babysitter in the clubrooms for the cricketers

The money she will cost will easily be made by the extra fees of players who will now be able to play
