Don't worry about him Dancing... if you're looking for a new home, you can try us if you want. We're Para Vista Lutheran, we train at Cedar College on Thursday nights (starts up September or so) and play at Greenacres Footy Club / Grand North, up on Grand Junction Road at Northfield. Last year we had two teams, one in Div 1 and one in Div 3, and both sides won premierships in their respective grades. Good bunch of fellas, and a great club culture.

blah blah blah  ;)

Hahaha...Word on the street is if ya wanna play at Vi$ta then wear thongs and jeans to training and bring a few beers....tho i personally doubt the beers story, surely chardonnay or a '69 vintage red would be the way to go.

typewriter wrote:None... And actually, no-one played in the first one of those four! Haha!

But, the fact that I didn't play in any of them doesn't make my club any less attractive to a potential recruit. If anything, the fact that a chump like me doesn't play in the A's, makes the club MORE attractive! Haha!

Let me start again Dancing... If you'd like to play in the B's with me, we've fared pretty well down there too, winning two out of the last three premierships... And yes, I played in both of them and feel very privileged to do so.

Good thing I didn't break my wrist halfway thru the the season, otherwise I would have been crying like a baby. :P

HAHA!! Ouch!!  that was a bit rough :)

No PV is indeed an attractive club to potential players im not going to dispute that, was just having some fun ;)

No worries at all Smasha... Glad to see you got a team together, and hopefully you get a win up for the Cougar on debut!

cougers debut... hmmm . where to begin....
maybe the two thirteens the great man hit  class act....
well hoddo and myself opened up and made 70
couger and steve (both rose park lads) made 75
chucky and creedy (mates of mine) made 75
so hoddo and myself are holding the side back  but couger and steve can play anytime they are available....
no offence to anyone but we are trying to make team rita just a churches team.
so if anyone from c&cca want a game let me know and I will slot you in ...... 8)

Hoddo and Smasha showed Steve and I what was expected when they nearly put their backs out swinging at the first ball! Those '13's weren't there the last time I played Indoor Smasha. Not sure I meant to hit those, but they certainly help your score! Enjoyed the game, and hope the 'Scott Mueller' of Team Rita can get another game in. And yes GH I too noted Harry is going along very nicely.
