Any interesting news around the traps?

At Fitzies we're racking up a couple of junior teams. Also some new lads coming into the club. No-one awesome that i know of yet but were working on it. ;) Tommy K will be running the clipboard again at training-If its not on his clipboard it hasnt, isnt or wont happen. Heard a rumour about a coach but havent been updated. Good to see a number of the cricketers playing finals footy this week.

On a personal note ive decided to retire from fast bowling to concentrate on 2nd slip. Auto's war on terror will now be passed on to the next generation of fitzies bowlers.

Having known Tommy for approx 20 years, take it from me. Tommy was raised on Iced Coffee. His body is 90% Farmers Union. He has his own personal supply at the blood bank (FUICBB) just in case he ever needs a transfusion...

Which one?

Not sure obb is talking Fitzroy because it wont make it a long year losing 1 batter who they hardly played as a batsman anyway....

so what interesting things will come out of monday nights AGM?

any club proposals that anyone knows about?

Hearing rumours that we may have a new association president. If the person it is that has been approached then it will be great news, he will do a fantastic job . Also news about alot of migration away from enfield.
They may only be able to have 3 teams in div 3 now hey typo

Mr hearder, footy season went well personally but for the team wasnt great we (peake) havn't made the finals since there last flag in 1994 and we missed the finals by just .4 of a % so fair to say it was'nt a great end to the year.

although its great waking up on a monday and can walk and my back does'nt hurt!

oh well cricket season now we'll have 1 team playing out of paralowie high school with my house being our clubs rooms although that could end dangerous for me as there is no closing time! :drinkers: :drinkers: :supz: :partyman: :vom:

Haha! At least now it saves you the dilemma of figuring how to get home from the Club each Saturday night/Sunday morning. Take out the 'middle man'.. ;)

Look forward to hearing some reports following the AGM tonight about any changes or proposed changes for the upcoming season. Particularly interest surrounding any possible presidential changes. :o
