regional 20/20 cup comp

I heard on the grape vine the SACA are looking to implement a 20/20 regional cup comp with the finals to be played on Adelaide oval. Does anyone have any details on how it will be run? I rang the SACA but I never got a return call. Sounds like a good idea to me.

Teams will play cricket, winners eventually making a grand final that will be played on Adelaide Oval.
