Best cricket bats u have ever used

Gray Nicolls Matrix Players.

Prior to that was the Gray Nicolls Ultimate (Michael Slater used to use it). Had the purple oval sticker on the back.
Was top of the range at the time and was an outstanding stick.

I have the same one, I had a Merv Hughes Slogger when I was a late teen, that was a bat, only about 6 made apparently.

I loved the Slazenger V800 Pro used by Mark Waugh late in his career.

The V100 Pro was also good, used by Damien Martyn mid-career when he was good.

Was a fine piece of wood.

Still favour the Slazenger blades. Use a V500 Select I bought on clearance for $200.

Such a sweet blade.

Now Indian bow in it, just a lump of finely crafted, well-weighted wood.

Think it weighs 2,7 - 2,8 or so. Perfect.

Puma Millichamp is the best bat i have ever used can't remember the model name but that was my favourite.

The Classic 334* was one of Puma Millichamp's best.

Use to have the ULTIMATE 1000 limited edition great bat gave to Matt Overall when he was about ten years old ,also had v800 pro agree great bat ,now use v900 pro best bat so far only problem found with slazengers is handle breaks easy around shoulders

If anyone is looking for a great 20/20 bat i have for sale Grey Nichols Viper that got brought for me by wife fully knocked in never used in game only in nets 3 times wieght is 3.2 pounds biggest bat on market when u hit the ball u can not feel it but holly sh.t does it go only selling as it is not right for me as my current bat is only 2.4/2.6 pounds paid $385 4weeks ago sell for $310 if interested leave private message and return ph number

This wasn't the best I've used by any stretch but it was interesting.

It was a Gunn and Moore "Non-Jar" long handle.

Not sure when it was made but it had no stickers on it, the words were imprinted on it with a hot iron.

Made in England a long time ago I sense.

I think I still have it at the old's house.

A bat from yesteryear.

Terrible power on it but if it hit the middle when driving it really went.

Only a light thing compared to modern willow.

Research indicates it is from the 1940 to 1950 era

Ive got the same bat but have had it shaved down to bout 2.8 pound

i sent mine back to gray nicks about 100$ they can take 4 ounces off mine is now 3 pound was 3.4 bit heavy now its sweet

i am using the impala redback 300 it is 2pound12oz and it is the most even weighted bat i have ever used. i had a v800 as a junior because that is what mark waugh used that is a close 2nd to the impala. when you get it out of the screws it stays hit.

I took it too Fielke in Gawler who shaved it down for me, He's the bloke that makes those Fielke bats

I currently have a Gray Nichols Gladius 380 test Record. Exact same as Haydo,s record bat. 700 bucks of greatness brought for a bargain. Before that i had a Gray Nichols ultimate which was a great bat. Oh to be able to bat lol
