I saw the T Potts 58 today
He has told me for years how good he is
Today I saw him for the first time
For a middle aged man he played exceptionally well
A brilliant innings by an obviously talented individual

DAY 1
I believe there was the most sensational finish to the game between
ALEXANDRA 8/247
V
PENOLA 7/244

Alexandra Batting 2nd were Batting 1 short needed 17 to Win with the last 2 at the Crease.
Evergreen Victor Harbor Cricketing Legend, Ross Brittain Brought up the Winning Runs With a Mighty Blow to Long Off which saw the Penola Fieldsman Taking the Catch just inside the Boundary Line BUT was unable to maintain his Balance and Fell over the line still grasping the Ball for it to be called a 6.
Certainly a Heartstopping Finale to a Memorable Match.
