Simple needs more money!!!

I believe they need the Money 2 be able to get players to the club

Ingle Farm have heaps of money. The reason they have money is because they dont want to be like other clubs and buy gf wins

Footy wise, it will be a hard slog for the next 4-5 years, until the quality juniors are really/able to contribute at that level. The problem is that the club relies on too few players to shoulder the workload, and unless the 2nd-string players stand up and be counted, the club will continue to remain in Div 5 or thereabouts.

On the cricket side of things, I imagine our time in A3 will be brief, as a change of leadership and the process of 'blooding' junior players will lessen the reliance and workload on our established senior players. Our juniors are of a good standard, and there is no reason to suggest that in a few years time, they will be ready and able to replace retiring players.

Ingle Farm are NOT a rich club, unlike others who have extra revenue from poker machines. Therefore, we cannot recruit ex-SANFL or ex-Div 1 players, as they would undoubtedly refuse to play for no financial incentive.

In summary, the best investment a club can make is in its' junior players, as they are a good indication of a club's future. Without them, you're well and truly stuffed.

All good H.O.F but if you dont look after your up and coming guns you will lose them,dont need to throw mega bucks but make them feel as though my club wants me.Entertain them,make them feel important,both footy and cricket are pullers of people if its enjoyable and then comes winning.

Im never leaving the club, dont care who's playing or coaching there

If he's still good enough to play A Grade (which he is), keep him there.

yes he is but wasnt going to play and not sure if he still is, needs to make up his mind.

Well, Ingle Farm would be a stronger side with him in it, as he can not only play, but his experience (as well as the experience of some other players) is beneficial to the younger guys at the club, not just the youngsters in the A Grade.

With the ins they've got for next week, they could undoubtedly field their best side for the year. The question is, who will be the unlucky ones to be ommitted from the A Grade?

I hope Lisky decides to stay, so I'll be crossing my fingers.

should be interesting yes and i hope lisky puts his hand up. cricketer of year last season. with the players back it will also be of huge benefit to the young b-grade side

Daniels, Zappia, Murphy, Reid who will be under consideration for As i guess and Morgan , Lawrence , outs Alfred

matthews has one premier grade keeper awards

I was aware Matthews is a gun 'keeper, but I was a little curious as to why he didn't keep in the last game...
