You were always going to need a fair few witnesses otherwise the current verdict was always going to stand.

The PDCA tribunal already has a pre determined outcome the tribunal hearing is nothing more than following correct procedure.

Maybe people will stand up and see the truth behind these people from now on.

UNFORTUNATLY 2 PEOPLE WONT BE PLAYING GF'S WHO SHOULD BE!!!!

We didnt need any witnesses as duane went in and said he did swear, if he went in and said he didnt swear he would of got off...but going in there and being straight up because of how pathetic it was and what sort of person he is ,has cost a gf birth... The bloke doesnt even sledge on the field, have never seen him in any altercations with other players or umpires, and gets slapped in the face....**** me put 2 years on his head with a 3 year bond..like phantom said, we ALL stopped play to watch the antics on the other oval at one stage and yet nothing.. Donny stood and watched with us in the middle of the ******* oval and did nothing, but walks on a oval at oth to tell a umpire to report someone off the ground for swearing...give me a ******* break pdca...grow some ******* balls...

This is the most disgraceful decision in my 14 years of PDCA cricket. You play all year to win that Grade 1 flag. Its hard enough as it is to get to the big game but for the PDCA to stand back and allow something as disgusting as this to happen. Then why play in the PDCA at all. Why risk playing out a full yr and then miss the GF for doing absolutely nothing wrong. When i say absolutely nothing wrong i mean it. He swore out of frustration as any batter with any heart probably should. It wasnt directed at anyone and now he misses one of the biggest games of his life.

Does this mean that if the keeper knocks the bails off knowing that the batter is in he can get reported for time wasting or bringing the match into disrepute? where is the line, what is right and what is wrong. Its a joke that there is one set of rules for one umpire and then another set for the rest.

Don is a joke to the PDCA and should be banned. So many times players and captains have put in shocking reports about Don's umpiring and what comes out of it. NOTHING

For all those involved in GF's tomorrow and others who have played GF's what will be your routine tonight/tomorrow morning before the big one.

For me

-finish work at 8:15 tonight
-go home have dinner spend some time with the daughter before she goes to bed
-relax six pack of beer and watch the friday night footy
-after footy bed
-wake up early as usual
-crank the music on channel v and i tunes on the computer
-dont eat breakfast
-head of to the ground.

As captain it will be try to sleep but get none. So spend half the night thinking of how the game will go, wake up super early, get nervous like i did last week and power chuck ( never thrown up from nerves in my life ! ) Head to the ground and hope everything just falls into place haha
