correct and for about 5 minutes each cycle, hence why we are seeking explanation from Council as it seems its either a glitch or someone hit the wrong button after a hard Saturday night

the pitch is not controlled by the council system but is done manually at the club, thankfully

Sounds like there has been a power failure and the battery back up failed. Depending on the controller, after a blackout it resets itself to a 10 minute cycle.

Power failure looks like the cause as it then causes the system to depressurise, which has a built in safety to let water out so when the pressure builds up it doesnt burst the pipes

Correct. Adam batted one of the best innings I have ever seen. I thought Matty Rogers was good last week but this topped it. Got dropped 3 times not the easiest of chances in saying that. Para hills bowled 14 overs of pace then spin for the rest which is interesting. We never could getourselves in but batted around Adam all day which was the main thing. And bowling we didn't miss a beat having 2 wickets in the 2nd over including wordsworth
First ball. Halfway there for back to back!!

See what can be done, when you don't water the outfield. Brahma Lodge one week and then Thebarton the next Friday night

Congats Brahma.
That is a fair effort to do what your club has achieved.
Well done.

taken me awhile to get back on here.
How wrong i was. The pitch came up a treat. Lots of runs scored 560 in total, but a disgraceful set up.

The funny thing was i went had a look at 4pm and they were out ruling the wicket. Arrived on the saturday to see 2 wickets prepared and the one they werent working on was the one we were going to use and it was green and soft. glad the umpires had some common sense.

Congratulations to the Fulham C1, U17 South & U15 South Blue teams on their wins yesterday. With the WSJCA u13 Grand Final being a Fulham v Fulham affair, the future is looking good.
