Adelaide Indians Section 6 has not submitted a single score this year.

The A&SCA should be applauded with how well you get your scores available for viewing as opposed to the SCA.

I'm not finding this comp anymore challenging than the SCA, I used to dominate kangies while someone close to me used to rule flaggies. Bring on the good teams, I love you kimmy..x

Many clubs are now lazy with submitting scores. One team puts the match score in mid-match and the other (or both clubs) don't bother to put individual scores in until after the game is complete or not at all. I thought we needed individual scores in for the paper?

You only need to put individual scores in for the guys that make the paper. The full game details don't need to be in until Wednesday night. I'm guilty of only doing that most weeks as it gives me a chance to go over the books properly during the week.

We like doing it all at once, so much easier to get it out the way! Sides that iv noticed are lazier than most are south road, keswick/icc for half way through games, cove, and morphys who just put individual scores in at the start

Nothing lazy about it, more wanting to make sure it's right. Also depends when you're doing it and how many teams you're doing. Normally I'm struggling to see the screen when I'm doing these on a Sat night / Sun morning so I have to come back to it during the week anyway. And I'm sure you're lower grade books are no different than ours, can take ages to get those books into a state so they can be entered.

Adelaide Indian have no players scores, players bowling figures at all in any match this season.

So whats going on with all these fines??

Plympton has a secretary who will without fail have the scores in, including each players score/figures each saturday night/sunday morning. He, and the others that do this, should be commended for a pain in the ass thankless task, that as cricket director during my tenure i didn't want to touch with a 20ft barge pole.

Michael "Murray" Dean looked really good in the nets tonight. Expect a typical flagstaff hill innings from him this weekend. Can't stay on here too long, it's date night and Kimmy has just cooked up an unbelievable risotto. x

Yep and they have the fines to prove it. As well as being spoken to during the week as they also didn't turn up, well enough to play, before 2pm last week against another side. Their organisational skills are terrible.

Amen brother!

How are we lazy CK? Some games it is just impossible. You try doing 4-5 books every single week, every game of the year. Never mind if you have social events after the game and then have to back up on the Sunday with Twenty20 commitments. Lazy is the A&SCA who couldn't even be bothered to get the fixtures up for the SAMCA T20. Get a clue.

For the most part entering the scores is a pain in the ass and having to have them done by Sun 12pm is a joke, particularly mid-game. It is a logistical hassle and unreasonable to circulate 4-5 books to 4-5 people every week just to get scores in the paper. Scores should only be in the paper at the end of the game or an alternate means of delivering scores mid-game provided.

It's nothing more than a revenue raiser for a lazy A&SCA committee.
