You saying bowling an impeccable L&L and waiting for the batsmen to make the mistake isn't a strength? If a bad ball is few and fair between, you're going to tie down sides, you're going to create chances and build pressure. As for the patience, i think that is the case in all cricket competitions in this state at the moment, right up to the redbacks.

Just under 4 hours til he starts the hearing! Good luck again.

His brother is the left armer who plays for Riverside's Grade 2 team....nothing special IMO.
I always felt when they were playing at Sandy that Lee the right armer who now plays for R & C would develop into a better bowler.

Although a stupid matter in many peoples opinion i think this matter needs to be dealt with very carefully from those on the tribunal. On one hand you have a bloke who could miss a Grade 1 GF, on the other hand the backlash from other people for being to soft or appearing to bend the rules.

I would anticipate (and hope) Duane will get away with a reprimand or something similar, but can understand the need for deep deliberation.

Im struggling to get my head around it!
Lets look at the facts..

Never been reported, never been warned. Threw out one 'F' Bomb in the middle of a sentence that came purely out of frustration and emotion.
Didn't swear directly to the umpire, didn't swear at or to a player.
Semi Final - emotions run high, intense game, IMPORTANT game.

Was honest, admitted to the swear word, was apologetic, didnt hide from the fact, yet still the PDCA give him a game!?!

Mean while in the Grade 4 game not 100m away, we nearly have a couple all in brawls, swear words and abuse fly left right and centre, very heated, and no reports!!! WHERE IS THE CONSISTANCY!?!?!
