pretty lucky there isnt training every night with a start like this
I used to eat a lot of natural foods until I learned that most people die of natural causes.

is syl still alive?? ever since he got all married up i havent heard from him, gotta say starting to miss my 243 drunken phone calls per night telling me how weak i am for not being up drinking :lol: :lol:
