Wow someone rates themelf just a little too much.
If this is the same guy who made 51 last week for NEK he should NOT be rating himself either. Terrible cricketer!
on what basis is someone that makes 51no and has represented the association for the past 2 seasons a terrible cricketer !
please explain DKL ? from ?
It was an ugly 50 and even a one G.McGrath has a 50 to his name so every dog has his day. Just saying that a guy who averages only 22 as a batsman should NOT be playing Association Matches. Perhaps only if they're desperate? ;)

over the past 2 seasons he has averaged 30 with the bat and taken over 30 wickets and the year before he one the association B grade bowling , so thats a little away from a terrible cricketer, wouldn't you say? especially taking into consideration he has been the club president for the past 2 seasons going into his 3rd. I think he would be the first to admit he is not the best cricketer in the league but he is continually working on his game and trying to improve , surely you cant ask anymore at this level.
I think there are a few people on this forum who continually sit behind their computers and are determined to put others down and are not prepared to even say who they play for, or which club they are associated with?
This forum should be for those to reflect, socialise and discuss the weekends matches, of course we should joke and sledge ect... thats part of cricket, but in my opinion to bag others who you barely know or you have probably not even spoken to before is cowardly and not constructive.
This is my thought for the day.
good luck to all tomorrow, hopefully the weather stays away!

still pitched in with 21 while we made the 140 odd required while only losing 2 wickets ecky ;), you're gun bowler didn't help you much that day!, anyway, i suppose i felt a little sorry for him after taking the catch which got him out for a bit fat quack!
only guy close to 130 would be smasha these days. if pidge had muscles he cold easily top it.....he just needs to fire up a little. nearly knocked pistols head off.

speaking of which........i havent seen any blood drawn for a while. any reports of any devestating bouncers of late??????

WTF?! What dream land are you living in? I reckon i bowl quicker than pidge! Its not a lack of "muscles" as to why he bowls slow, its a lack of technique, endevour and HEART, he bowls pedestrian at best, lacks effort and looks to lack interest!

Michael Feltus would be the same build as pidge and he bowls twice as quick!

must jump on the Pistol bandwagon, i'd pick him in my best association 12 every time.
Under rated bowler as well as a handy batsman

On another note, today will see an historic reunion of two adversaries.

i know someone who is clearing out his closet, looking for his bullet proof jacket ;)

Fitzies A grade beat Roseys in the second last over chasing 160odd. On a personal note im changing my username to Automaticslip. On an Association U21 note i think we found an opening bowler....and good on Rose Park for opening up with the young lad.

Auto... You're a superstar.. 84*, looked soo comfortable at the crease. Pretty good run chase as we were 6/70 at one stage and then needed a run a ball for the last 11 overs. Also, Auto took a pretty sharp catch at slip. :)

UUU ROYS!!!!

Para Vista next week. Should be a cracker!

At the end of the day he hit an unbeaten 50 against us and won the game for his team. You've got to congratulate him on that.
