As the coach of the side, the lads are very... footy orientated, cricket is just a time passer... but all of the lads are the naturally gifted in sport, anything is acomplishable, i do not suspect this will be the final score of 400 for the season! Galbraith 120 Cameron Williams 102 Jamie Solly 78, Galbraith and Williams 198 run partnership was very impressive. From the first game which i was absent, we now have a settled order, and all are "Happy" with their spot in the team!

thats good to see a great effort by a strong 17s side..its good signs when u two blokes make tons and another make 70 odd...
kilburn if they can continue to make runs like that aer going to be extremley hard to beat

Wasnt at the game kookas but on the para districts thread it said that morgan from pembroke got 70 odd and ashmead (pultney) got 50 something along with smaller contributions from most of the other bats.

See there is only a point between 4th and 8th in A2, and 0.3 of a point between three of those sides. I know its only early days but could make for a very interesting second half of the year.

Also might be a long shot, but does anyone know who won out of Unley and Payneham in the LOD's?

unfortunaly ballbags06 we went down by 7 runs. Payneham made 205, we could only get to 195, lost wickets at some crucial stages. Payneham had a guy slog 83 and we dropped him when he was on 0. They will win plenty of games at there small ground at Wellington but might struggle on the bigger grounds. Who do you play for and in what grade?

An example of A2 Tables being incorrect. Currently shows Para Hills winning 1 game on second innings and Walkerville losing 1 game on 2 innings. But when you look at round 2 results it shows Para Hills only beat Wlkervill on first innings. Am I missing something?

C2 shows IngleFarm winning outright only won on 1st innings both teams batted once

Play for Flinders mate, leave town half way through the year so am settling into the LOD's at the moment. Played Payneham a couple of weeks ago and most of their runs came from boundaries through third man from snicks, when we had a third man in! Reckon they can definantly be found out though. The boys back in A2 are currently wondering a couple of 'what ifs' from the first couple of games, but have settled into form and are stoked to be in touch with the finals action, hence the quote on the ladder situation.

Be surprised if it wasn't. There has already been plenty of rain tonight and there will be more to come. Will be almost impossible to prepare pitches tomorrow.

Varies each year. Who knows when and if they will call the games off. Really could safely be done now as there is no way a wicket could be prepared today.
