That was Dwiar from Hectorville, very good left hand batter.

Yep, it's the same C. Farrant. Been a handy inclusion so far with 5 wickets in the first 2 games.
Saw Diener from ICC first hand on Saturday. Hit some of the biggest sixes I've seen. Consistently putting balls out of the ground at Edwardstown.

Thrasher looked just the same as years ago. Still smiling as much as ever. He didn't spend much time at the crease against us but bowled some tempting deliveries that brought blokes undone.

AF any reason behind the Ramblers declaration? Could be rather interesting come the end of Saturday. Not sure why you would declare with only 174 on the board!

Trouble in paradise for Morphy Parks with there self proclaimed backbone of the club and best batsmen ( batting average of 11 last year ) going to sheidow park and offering his services and also there star opening bowler and opening bat called away for work mid week

So mccard is going home? We knew he was gonna miss some games with his work but is handy if he can't play out the rest of his innings. I was looking forward to the challenge of bowling to him though

Sensational ! Possibly one of the FIGJAM's all time greatest :D Played against him many times and not sure i have ever seen a batsman prepare as much as he did before going out to bat. Those sprints along the boundry were poetry in motion. A class bat and one we had great pleasure in dismissing cheaply.

Just a little note on what will be on offer at Morphy Parks for the T20 double header on Sunday.

Bar open from noon with $5 pints of Super Dry, Dirty Draught & 5 seeds cider. $5.50 stubbs.
BBQ from noon with Steak Sangers, Roo burgers, Bacon & Egg sangers + the odd snag rolled in.
Every batsman & bowler will be introduced by music selected by DJ Divot, with WYC theme song "It's Rainin Men" being a popular choice for Game 1.

Now we understand that some clubs may bring an esky or 2, but we would appreciate some support for the bar as we have to raise enough cash to get Gillespie & Lehmann to play next season. Plus we are having cameo's from Harry Kewell, Rafa Nadal & Mark Webber in our A's next year. Can't let Plympton have all the fun ;)

Weather looks great, so maybe an appearance from some women on trampolines every time a six is hit might be a possibility as well.

Can't wait :partyman: :ymparty: \m/

Ah was looking forward to running you out

Yeah we have a couple debutants for the WYC t20 side this game. One gun of ours is making a comeback though. So looking forward to his comeback on Sunday and then his 2 day comeback in round 3 ;)

Not quite as elegant while doing yoga in cut off ( very short  ) denim shorts on the outer at Edwardstown one afternoon after being dismissed cheaply.

He then continued all the way around the oval stopping at regular intervals to continue his stretching.

Only named 10 as I am not sure how to get the player back into our list. That player however is an enthusiastic Todd Roberts
