I think the ladder is a fair summary of where most teams are at the minute, Vista top, lutherans and lakes on the rise, Fitzroy and NEK struggling. As for two day games might suit fitzroy more so than one day games. If Lakes top four is as good as Cougar says then it might suit them too. Peace out Auto :ympeace: :ympeace: :ympeace:

Rose Park 203 vs Seaton 0/29

Funny game at Seaton today with Rose Park still in one day mode from the start with Justin Sparrow getting RP off to flyer being 0/40 off 8 overs. From there the home side took control taking 6 wickets before tea, leaving Rose Park reeling at 6/85 (all bowled!) at tea. Enter Croydon/ Paralowie/ Golden Grove/ Bundoora U/13s recruit Ian Henderson who was at his aggressive best hitting 46 in quick time to put the match on level pegging. After he was dismissed Jeff Clarke continued his love affair with the Seaton ground hitting some long balls in a brief stay. Sajatovic took the most wickets for the home side but they were all shared around. Seaton's Traianos then tried his best to hit the runs off 9 overs before stumps were called. Unfortunately for Seaton Traianos is unavailable this week, in a game that is evenly poised.

Probably one of the biggest w*nkers i've ever encounted on a cricket field to be honest. I opened the batting, this character unleashed a shitload of dribble on me once i played n missed. 2 balls later he drops me while i was on 2. Then for my next 43 runs i made it my duty to hit boundries wherever he was. Lets just say myself and the other batters made him run alot of kilometres fetching the ball.

Both in form big fella.

Gully posts on here yeah? Has the nerve to abuse me when i hit him for 3 4's in a row, all while he was bowling outside leg. Simple rules of batting, if you know it aint gonna bowl ya, try an hit the f*cker as hard you can. Just happened to reap dividends today :D :D

How's the other opening bowlers finger by the way? Was a great effort to get down that low but his finger definately didnt look too red hot! And he stayed out there and fielded after it. Good effort!

Must follow up what Baldo said a couple of weeks ago about Seaton. To be playing grade 1 and have one guy in footy shorts one guy in black pants and a grey top is a joke.
These people are making our comp look bad. I don't think they had more than 3 guys with a cricket top and pants on. The rest just had various types of t shirts.
The crap coming out of there mouths was a joke.
Was a pisser to see Hendo and there opening bowler nose to nose in the middle of the pitch after Hendo hit him for two 4s to get of the mark and the bloke ran his mouth.
This club needs to pull there head in

Atleast they are playing in div 1 though. They could of done what a couple other teams have done and stayed in div 2 because they have more chance of winning a flag! personally I say good on them for challenging themselves. As for the crowds there, I like going to play there it cheers me up. Cuz no matter what kind of mood i'm in, it could always be worse, I could be one of them! ;) :D

WOW div 1 and blokes are wearing footy shorts and grey tops.

Not a good look at all, i would be very peeved of if Para Districts started to allow that.
