Who on earth would walk on an LBW decision?
And what bowler in ASCA actually expects to get an LBW decision?
It baffles me when bowlers throw thier arms up in the air, wicket keepers stand with hands on hips, and captains are shaking heads after LB's are turned down. I reckon you need to be almost straddling the stumps witht he ball hitting your ankle on the full before i'll cry foul of an LB decision.
1. When you have a proper umpire sometimes they come out with the most bewildering decisions on LB, i'd rather them not give any of them. The first thing you do when you have a proper ump is appeal for everything, because you've got no idea what kind of decision they are going to come up with.
2. If you are umpiring yourself you know that its going to have to be extremely plum to get the decision, if you dont get it, then move on.
