Kingy won't be playing A's he is skippering the B's. Pressy won't be playing A's for long............if he wants to go back down he will, his choice.

Not an SOS call at all. Pressy is playing A's because one of our bats is out for school cricket. We had no one who made over 10 in the B grade besides Pressy and Kingy and Brenton Lowrey. Brenton is playing A grade this week aswell.
As soon as someone makes a couple scores in the B grade, the first person being replaced will be Pressy. No matter how many runs he makes in the A grade.

Coverking... u forget Brenton Lowrey will be the fist to go. He is only playing as a favour, so to speak. Although, he may hang around right up to the point of footy preseason, and deserves to. As for the kid who has to play 'school cricket'.... you know my stance on that one.

It would have to be a straight swap between Kingy and Pressy so I cant run Pressy out again.

No one has called it an SOS at the club, but I did hear the phrase "Panic Stations"

I have a couple of young bats in the Bs that have looked the goods, and with a couple of games/scores up their belt will put pressure on the A grade top order... and I said 'young' so that counts me out.

I think I might open the bowling this week, see whether I can still bend a new ball... Captain's Rules.... Muwahaha
why aren't "Umpires" a team? they need support to

B grade are in trouble then A8 ;) Karl with the wind, u against it, followed by JWKDD and Lowrey, with other overs from Logan, Daniel and Steve Humrich. Bit of bowling depth in the B grade, just no 'new' ball bowlers

And yeah i know brenton is playing until footy preseason, but once he gets cut from the squad he will be back
Now with ben back in the B's, he should post a couple scores and put pressure for the A grade side. As soon as we can get Pressy down, the better is for all. Pressy is keen on playing B grade, but happy to play A grade if he is not keeping an in form young fella out.
However we have terribly out of form young bats at the moment in fiebs and drew, also a couple of new batters that could put some pressure on the lads in the A grade.

Interesting to see the SAME OLD CLUB complaining again about umpiring! After playing asca for 15 years never once have i cheated and never will especially in section 4! Instead of making reports on the net maybe have the courage to come and speak to me yourself..
And after that runout that was not given and the fact you gave us more wides than we did you maybe its me who should have been doing the reporting!!! But your club is famous for being sore losers i guess, so its not surprising...

Well said dundee as a past player who was at the game in question. I was extremely impressed with the way the morphie boys copped a few of the decisions on the chin obviously hackam are the same in cricket as they are in football rubbish deros . For them to put a report in is a joke and a slur on the profesionalism of the Morphetville park cricket club who play the game hard but fair

*Mod talking here*

Settle down lads, here is not the place to rattle on about umpiring/clubs performances, if there is a legitimate concern air it via the proper channels and lets not see this thread degrade into a slanging match.

Since when does Aaron Mcrae bowl? Good figures for a guy who hasn't done much bowling, I am guessing.

ICC made 218. Tonkes and winning made 60 each. We are 0/22 in reply.

I have heard Nth Haven made 313 against Coro who sent them in.

Also sheidow made 123?, and sth rd are 0/5. Sounds like a great days cricket.

I think Capella was pretty slow as usual early season. Sheidow were 9/63 so to get 123 was a good effort. I still think they are a big chance of winning next week.

Fordy was on the red tins all day, as the C grade got cancelled.

Macca made 5.

Macca was a green deck? or did ya mob just bat poorly? only 150 runs or so for 15 wickets. couldnt have been the best deck!
