He hasn't got a wicket or a run yet.

As for the final, can't say I'm too bothered about it. Fitzy has done a bit of a ring around to see if people are available on that date, I think they will schedule te final for when both teams are full strength.
Looks like the 18th of dec might be the day.

It's another game Gutsch will play that Chode does not. So not only do I look like collecting from Chode, I see ripshitter has his money on as well as previously posted. It shouldn't dent his budget too much after Saturdays punting efforts with BC

I also managed to get a bet on with Paul Burnett that Michael Gutsche will score more runs than him for $100.

Booya! Money for jam there OS.
Chode's a good batsman, but Gutsche's a gun even at his age.

My moneys on the Chode.

Beg your pardon ripshitter?

Where is the final played? It makes sense to wait for both teams to be ready, boy! Wont there be some fireworks on that day?

Renmark scraped home against Waikerie-Ramco and Loxton easily beat Monash yesterday.
Loxton looked very sharp in the field and in between wickets.

Hooray! It's about time Loxton had someone running between wickets and fielding like whippets following the retirement of 'Klaus' Hennig.

Duffield played for Waikerie Bs on the weekend.
Made 50 I think. Hard to tell from scorecard.
Wonder if he'll step up to As in the next few weeks.

Apparently Monash bowled Renmark out for 115 and are 2/25 in reply.
Could be an upset on the cards there.

Might've been 150. If so, great effort in his return.

Haha. Fair call.
By the sounds of it he's staying in the Bs.

I bet they would love to have him in the firsts. They are looming as the danger side IMO.

Sam Hoffmann - a big 180 on the weekend!

Well done Sam.

Also...who is the B grade cricketer whose wife revelled in his dropping a catch so much she ran to the boundary's edge and did a celebratory dance???

Could be an end of an era this week. I would say Monash will be taking to the field for the last time ever in the RTCA A grade competition.

Interesting comments from the Monsash representative in the weekly yesterday regarding the possibility of entering an A2 side in the RTCA next year, should an A2 grade become a reality.
How ironic is that considering the only reason that the A2 concept hasn't got up over the last few years has been because of Monash CC's opposition to it!
