Plympton not good at all .

You can thank Morphies mate and club legend Geoff Hardy for that, spends bugger all time on Plympton oval, if he and his crew of donkeys where to do something about the build up of sand etc around the pitch im sure we would be playing. So if you wanna say its no good, speak to him about it and mention that we(Plympton) are sick of talking to him to undertake various tasks to the oval only to be showen the door....

Actually just goes to show how much he actually does know when last season he spread 10 tonnes of MULCH on the oval. Did sand cost to much to top dress last season r was it all used at Morphies Oval?????

i was thinking the exact same thing... absolute joke!!!! the club got told last season our oval was goin to get a massive fix up on it after the 2010 footy season... admittedly our oval would be out of action for a couple of games, but would be beneficial in the long run... guess what, never had it!!!
3 ovals in the area, edwardstown, morphy's and us... we are the worst kept one...
that council worker you speak of is so committed to his job he cut it or got someone to cut the oval on a saturday night... commitment to the job.... who said council workers were lazy???

I think your spot on there Coverking ;). I just hope that some of their players actually have a word to Geoff Hardy to get him of his arse becaseu we as a club are sick of hearing comments about our ground when it really is above us and we try to take the correct processes but just get ignored.

Morphy's are still training in our nets with goal post in the way, none of our right hand bowlers can't even have a proper run up.

Im prietty sure a goal post is just a small thing, where as in the past Geoff Hardy has cost plympton matches by deciding to rip up the ground and core it fertilise it and top dress it with MULCH and the week before plympton made 313 against nth haven and the following week couldnt play, about time he got his sh-t together or moved on.
