NEK bowling machine is overrated.

Matt Wiles is the only bowling machine in the competition that has helped his side win a premiership.

Im not normally one to whinge about shit but who the **** worked out the programme? We play Vi$ta and Nek twice each before we play three other clubs once. How hard is it. Play each team once then play them a second time.

On the plus side, it'll be good for us to test ourself against two quality teams to see where we're at.

Auto when the program was done we had to do that to make sure you could play them in both formats of the game. We have to try and fit one day games in near xmas and clubs wanted the last three games before finals to be 2 day games.

If you can come up with a better format let me know and we will put it forward next year.

I agree it is not ideal but they best has been done.

Why not copy the same format as PDCA? Equal number of one and two dayers?

Has Eddie V finally retired?

As President of NEK i can say Eddie has not committed to playing for us. We have spoken to him but are yet to have an answer from him.
lol is there anyone NEK havent spoken to! ;)
yeah, ya mum, i can't afford the $5.95 per min she charges!    (just jokes dutchy)

in all seriousness though, being a small club and not having affiliations with footy clubs etc to draw players from we have to do what we have to do. We have only spoken to a couple of people this season. I'm sure other clubs have been on the blower trying to get players.
that is a gold one liner!!!!!!!!! very good

Scooter!! Fantastic use of exclamation* marks!! It certainly is an artform that is underutilised in the modern world!!

Pistol, way too much gagging going on. I must admit I also nearly gagged last year when PV with the 4th best side on paper dominated the finals series. Cricket's a funny game. Digs aside, well done Pistol on trying to keep the assoc alive. Not enough people care.

Couple of big games 2moro... Well be going in with a fairly young side and we'd have to be underdogs but you just never know in T20. Sometimes good looking players like myself just have a day out and snag some runs and a couple of diving catches at cow corner.
Big out for us from last weeks trial game tho....junior Pidge is out. Not sure who is gonna come up with the funny    comments this week.
