He's twice the player matthews ever was. Handy player, good lad.

Morialta should be up but just goes to show that it helps having
members of your club on the exec. ;)

A.Roling got a promotion at work which involves working Saturdays. Simple.

thats a shame and a big loss to the Roys.

ask auto mate....if he has time to do it .....has a good cricket head, and knows what hes doing (most of the time) ;)
would be good reading too :?

Between fulltime job/university/new baby/helping to run a cricket club i havent got time to scratch my ball sack. Burgess is your man.

Thanks, Auto. I'll follow that up. Someone else has also put me on to him.
Good luck for the season, mate. And, anytime you want to contribute....

How about an early Thursday morning rant, Smasha?? I'm in the mood to read a good quality rant today. :D

First match of the year against Seaton A's, their stop-gap #3 bat was wearing shorts... True story. ;)

To the man who heards Goats, this happened last season as well. I happened to ask the umpire as i was bowling if he can wear shorts, which were black footy shorts, and i was told yes he can.

I was then asked onto the street by the non striker, who was a long haired opening bowler. Felt sorry for the two young lads who meant well in there team, when they are surrounded by guys who couldn't care less.
Surely there needs to be rules in place about wearing proper cricket attire!

ok, you asked for it mate ;)
first off.......enfield should not be in div 1 , no offence to them but the only one who shows some heart is gully.
he cant do everything but the team seems to rely on him too much.
magill morialta......absolute disgrace...should be in div 1 instead of hiding in div 2 ( cowards) THAT IS ALL ON THOSE WASTE OF SPACE MORONS.
the real test starts this saturday with the beginning of the 2 day games.
NEK .....we have always been a good 1 day team and score very quickly.....now is the time to see if we can play the 2 day game as well....
para vista.....strong as always and not a team to take lightly, hopefully teams have worked out strengths and weeknesses of the team I believe are the better side on any day when they all fire up.
rose park......simple ....they are the reigning premiers as we keep hearing on this site.
hard team to beat at the moment , a lot of experienced players with great cricketing skills. if they can keep a few of the idiots off the forum now and again and actually write something useful or interesting would be nice.
adel lutheran.....dont give a rats a$$ about them....sorry but this is my rant....
div 2 ....dont play it so dont care at the moment 8)
NOW BACK TO THESE SEATON FELLAS.....if you wear shorts in any div ...you are an idiot.....not hard to work out that you wear a white shirt and long white pants ...wake up stupid....

YES I STILL HATE SEATON WITH A PASSION...SHORT WEARING , BIG MOUTHED , AMATEUR CRICKETERS THAT THINK THEY CAN BLUFF PEOPLE INTO THINKING THEY ARE SO TOUGH. ok rant over now.....
relax all this is only my opinion and if I upset anyone......

Have spoken to the lil' bloke in question and fully understand & respect the reasons behind why he is playing at CM. You either don't know the full picture, or you're just being a complete prat. :-? :-q

Another Big Recruit is looming at Rose Park and may be unveiled this weekend. Shaun Holland knows him well, real well I look forward to the RPCC v NEK clash! And the Rose Park faithful know even how to put his name correctly on the SACCCA registry.
