yeah to me a left handed batsmen he liked to bowl with his right hand to get the ball going across me and he then tried to swing the occasional one back.

to the right handers he preferred to bowl with his left arm once again getting the ball the move across them.

bowled equally as well with both arms, same line length and pace.

LM, what has happened to Bateson? Will he be back?

Top 3 you would think will be the same come finals time for Grade 1, maybe if OTH click with the bat then they could sneak in
there. Would expect SW to come home with a flurry and get top 2. Looks as if Virginia/AV will be unlucky to miss out.

The no result against Smithfield when everybody else played put us behind the 8 ball in that regard. Terry had zero interest in playing that day and was pretty disappointing.

Rosies outright favourites right now thats for sure.

Counts for nothing if it isnt converted to a flag end of season, if anything just puts greater pressure on r&c to perform and also puts a target on their head as the side to beat.

Yeah, would have backed you guys to get the 130 odd that day. Definitely cost you guys the 3 extra points plus the points for runs/extra wickets. In the end doesn't really matter, finals is a certainty and if you dont get a home final it doesnt really matter (unless you play at Greenwith) ;)

I'll be checking next Sat night with extra interest for the result of your next game with them.

OKC! You say it should be a crime for this bloke to be playing grade 3? You really have no idea, to say crime is massive and would only be used if the Wizard was playing anything less than grade 1.
This bloke has 18 wickets. Not really setting the world on fire is it? Just because he has 9 more than you doesnt automaticly make him a Gun

Westies would love being in the situation they are in, havnt been the underdog for a while. Not sure this week will prove anything as finals are a different ball game.
As for Rosies Phantom you must all be thinking premiership by now and could be your downfall in the long run.

No mate your wrong, no doubt its a premiership(s) the club craves and is targeting as im sure every club is, but there will be no complacency creeping into peoples game until its all over red rover.

We know where we want to be, want we want to achieve but until its done and accomplished there isn't and wont be and thoughts/fantasys/premature celebrations.

hey gunnerson why would rosies or any other team for that matter be thinking of premierships when the season is only half way over??

the only person thinking that is you!! i know and all clubs know how good salisbury west is in most grades and have been for a long time and come finals time its a different ball game!!

so for you to say that is just plain stupid!! but going by most of your posts it doesnt suprise me!! but i will give credit where credit is due rosies in div 1 and div 4 are playing good cricket and deserve to be on top and premiership favourites at this early stage but being favourites and winning are tooooo different things!!

oh and i almost forgot there are more than 2 sides capable of winning if they play well on the day wouldnt you agree??

Howzthat  Yeah its silly of me to assume that a team that is playing good cricket would be thinking of a premiership, you obviously have no idea about the game and what winners would think while cruising along. You then go on to say that Rosies are favourite for the flag but bag me for saying planning to far ahead could be there downfall, fair dinkum mate you look like a idiot with posts like that  If you are going to have a crack at me at least write something that will make you look like you have a idea otherwise go back to sledging school boys.

hey gunnerson i thought you wrote the above comment as i said you are the only one thinking this i was only saying yes they deserve to be favourites in this early stage but your the one saying they all must be thinking premierships none of the guys from rosies that i have spoken to think this which shows again what a poor judge you really are!!

since joining and reading your posts you think you know it all but with your level of cricketing expertise i say you know all stuff all!!
