I never made an excuse just said it will be a different game at out home ground with real matting not fake grass. It comes on very slow and it's deceiving. Its your home ground I understand you have to back it up but no one is used to that and it's a good home ground advantage.

Im not backing it up Papas, personally i'm not a fan.

But its not like we prepared it anyway to suit bowlers!

And another one, did you say quick bowler? Which one was that.

Yeah no quick bowlers in the B grade, but obviously have been good enough to get the job done most weeks.

Its hard to say that when the highest patnerships for grade 1 wickets 2-6 are held by Rose & Crown and your in 3 of them. Your having a good season dont shy from that.
