I know Ozzie was offered a rather large wad of cash to captain/coach Two Wells the year Stama was going to join you boys at Sandy..... That was ridiculous money for hard wicket cricket. It included a base plus a heap of performance based bonuses that he no doubt would've achieved. Ended up playing for nothing at Salisbury West as usual. Silly boy......loyal, but silly.

U have been quiete today

Busy at work today mate.

Its a shame.....money definitely talks sometimes. Why did Stama leave for Two Wells ? Was he offered big bucks out there ?

So did he float into Two Wells like a piece of tumbleweed looking for a game of cricket or what. I heard he played for Salisbury North many moons ago.

Westies will struggle next season I think. WIll always be competitive but without the polish of previous years.

Might lose some important players this season. Cant say who, but one might be leaving to play with his mate elsewhere.

Come on you have to let us in on who might be leaving westies. the young boys should go district

If its any consolation, I believe you are a far better player than Bomber and Robbo.

thats a huge call there rolls whilst i to think norm is a fair cricketer a far better player than a 3time a1 medal winner and a great premership capt and medal winner himself thats a big call as good as norm is.

The standard has dropped off the last couple of seasons. We went thru undefeated last season in Div 2 and it was our first year in! Didnt really get troubled at all. Did have a good team but

The same Paralowie team that was not winning flags in grade 3 ? No disrespect, but thats what I mean about the comp.

Churches was far better when Para Vista, Plympton, Morialta etc had all their gun players. Somon Janetzki was a super player for Para Vista.....they had a gun team (Mid 90's)

Lairdy.....yeah, bends them around both ways. Very accurate. You just have to sit on him as he's never going to knock you over.

the paralowie side of div 3 a couple of years ago would lose outright in a day to the side we have now i think only 2 of us from that side still playing myself and sean clarkson.
