It was definately not clear cut. The motion just scraped through (14 for and 7 against) giving only just the 2/3rds majority in favour of the motion that was required to see it passed under the rules of the constitution. Interestingly 4 of the current 7 A Grade clubs voted against the motion. The voting in favour from the clubs not currently playing A Grade doesn't really seem justified given that none of those clubs indicated they would want to field an A Grade Team when that question was posed after the vote. Very disappointing and if you have a look at the AEHCA facebook page, it is a matter that is quite the discussion amongst current A Grade Clubs.

                 but whilst technically there are still 14 clubs, Milang dont have any teams and wernt represented at the meeting resulting in 13 clubs voting along with 8 of the 9 Executive members. The vice President was unable to attend and was an apology.
