Yeah has a little bit of extra pudding but now that he has a missus he is calling it the loovvee handles. :-*

Still, leading wicket taker so far this year plus proven wicket taker over the past however many years still can't even make the squad. I know that he was nominated by the ACC but obviously fell on deaf ears.

Anyway, moving on. Anyone hear how the opening batsmen faired at the tribunal hearing which I believe was held last night

looks like the bluff is paying off... GO YOU F#@KING BULLS!!!!!!

Rumour has it that Craig (cricketer of the year) Mullins' long time association with the Northern Districts Cricket Club may soon become more then a hit and giggle in the annual centrals v jets T20, apparently he could be suiting up in the blue and orange for the T20 component of the season. With the form he is displaying and what he can offer to that side, why not give it a crack. Clashing with GV commitments won't be a problem as they are mainly weekenight games this year and he works close by!

UTP... jobby doesnt have to be dead to be stiff does he there, who's selecting the side, the pres????... who is in the side???

Yeah the young bloke wasn't real happy when he was given out caught behind. Most of the Ango boys thought that he was a good bloke cause he started walking and then stopped and thats when the umpire raised his finger and all hell broke loose. Gave the umpire a mouthful of abusive words that could not be repeated on here and continued his antics up in the grandstand, throwing the bat, continued yelling abuse etc Prob for the next ten minutes. Didn't help that South had a couple of supporters that were on the gas (don't think they stopped from the night before) that were making peanuts of themselves as well.

UNDERthePACK wrote:Norm, I will play a game with you and see if you can guess the umpire we had today.

Here is the clue!!!

Player edges the ball keeper drops it but South appeal, umpire gives him out. Everyone bemused and ask how out?? Umpires response LBW!!!!!!!

Not a great day by the panthers with the bat today but good tight bowling hopefully will be enough to get us home. Last 10 overs had some heat and had the South openers jumping around, playing and missing. Almost a case of the bowlers were too quick for the batters. Dogga Woodards had the batsmen playing and missing that many times it wasn't funny

Will UTP also face the tribunal for publicly bagging an umpire?

Battle of the titans tomorrow at the creek.
Will Captain Fuller pull another master stroke and promote ST Koch.
If so, tip the big fella to field at short leg and offer some advice to the star studded Angaston line up?
Worth the admission alone, Slip will keep an eye on this one!

The Dukes School of Fast Bowling seems to be rubbing off on the Ango front liners.
Current students Woodards and Blenkiron ripped through the top order.
While former graduates in Burgess Jnr and Klemm tore the creek a new one.
Koch hit Funky out of the attack, explaining why he didn't graduate.

Thats ok UTP. Duke pulled rank and made a call to Joffa and Lyd's, quickly followed an SOS to Jobby.

Yes rooster you would be correct in saying that it wasnt a day that many tigers faithful will be telling the grandkids about...

I havent seen the dog track that quick since the days of Brian 'Cuddles' Connolly opening the bowling. Jungfer batted well but if the oval is that quick next week then its still game on...

Looks like Nuri flew in the day 2 Newlands pitch from the last test match...19 wickets in a day in the A2s after about 18 in a day a couple of weeks ago in the A1s. Will be a nervous week for number 10 and 11 from Nuri...

burgess jnr once again the difference along with dogga although hard to gauge on sandys form this year
fullers batting was painful, reckless shots, no patience and just general frustration - off to the two's

Borat why don't u tell us who u are so we can check out ur batting this weekend?? Yes I'm going through a rough patch. No it has nothing to do with the captaincy. But to say that imposter reckless shots and had no patience is crazy. Hahahaha. Off to the twos.u would have me in ur side. I would prob take ur batting spot.

I know alot of shit is talked on this forum, but I will say this, there is no one suited better than bill fuller to captain sandy creek.. He won the comps MVP award two years ago and finished top 10 in the batting last year with 20 or so wickets to go with it. Theres a long way to go in this season and as an oposition captain im glad we have played him in a 2 dayer already as I reckon he might explode into form sometime soon. As for saturday, im sure he aint the only top order batsmen to fail against angasrons attack. Also while im on here, Birchmore was fantastic saturday, scratchy early but really started to play beaitifully by the end.. He looked to have all the time in the world.
