I think there was 2 points. The first one is above. The 2nd one is that IF by some divine intervention that Enfield A's ever are in a position to be one of the first asked, the mentality of the players within the Club is such that they'd run far & wide to avoid fronting up against a Div 1 side. In fact, IF Enfield were ever elevated again into Div 1, their C's would be unbackable fave's for the flag and to scoop their divisional batting & bowling awards.. ;)

PS; Ya gotta at least hold 'em off your own bowling son.. ;) 8)

This is probs a fair assumption what most people in this comp think about Enfield...if i was an Enfield player/supporter id wanna refute it straight away....so have your say Rita (if your from Enfield) or someone else from Enfield

We have all seen things that have made them laugh during matches. What was the funniest thing seen this season?
There are two sides out there today, only one is playing cricket. Us of course.

Enfield A is defently not ready for division 1 and there should be other teams asked before us who have been performing, still not sure where the info is coming from our C's "stacked" our team IMO only 1 from the C's could possibly play A grade now and he was our C grade captain so he played all 11 in the C's and one will be A grade in the next few seasons only being 16 atm..

Mate, if you actually believe that you are kidding yourself......how many of your C's are good enough to play B's then?
If those blokes atleast played B's it wouldn't be as bad!

Morning all. JuSt want to say thanks to those that sent me private messages about my whereabouts yesterday. contrary to public opinion i am not dead, was just crook and had a day of work. so on the enfield situation they dont have enough good players to go to div 1. not point putting them up if they cant perform.

Rose Park's fielding in the 2nd innings against PV was funny, but a couple of one on one battles made me laugh a bit, Avanish Patel vs Richard Marshall, Avanish Patel vs Johnny Lucas, Paul DeIonno vs Matty Wiles and the best one was The Hulk vs White Goods.

Being called a Big red headed wanker as i was “running” into bowl against NEK

Johnny Smith re-enactment of a Borgasim post carnival against Ross Smith

Any time Wiles has to go in as night watchman

Marshall and Couger introducing themselves to each other

A drunken ex teammate on his bucks day dressed in a pink tutto running onto the field to shake
my hand , encouraged the whole way by a heavily intoxicated PV cricket director

Funniest moment of this season was when someone sledged me with i have seen better blocks on play school

best moment was my 4 wickets in a game

worst moment was losing a game against good opposition we should have won

Carey and the "effort" balls

Mark Rayments fielding. But I guess after 5 or so years watching him field it's not funny anymore, just sad.

Hard to narrow them down to just one. :? Spending a week away with a bunch of like-minded blokes in Carnivals, there's always no shortage of laughs. Without giving too much away, as what happens on tour stays on tour, but in no particular order, here's a few of my most amusing moments in Sydney ;

- Superbad bolting from the Golden Wheel when Pringles asked him for a hug..
- Pidge's batting on Day 5 against Queensland - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vd1yDQX_9i4
- Goat Boy head butting the 'ram' advertising hoarding on Day 4.
- Borgas's display on the dancefloor on NYE amongst the Blue Rinse Brigade!
- Queensland's field to Dutchy when he went out to bat on Day 5.
- The Hulk vs Goat Boy vs NSW in general vs the washing machine.
- Dutchy reluctantly waking up on NYD and the story that accompanied his shabby form.

But I do get a good laugh from some of the pics I snap in cricket season, so here's some of my fave's from 2010/11.. 8)
