Mmmm, Serle and Frackowski could prove handy inclusions, but Thomas is a B grade cricketer these days, his best well behind him. Attracted no attention at all this pre-season on the ATCA coaching merry-go-round. I simply can't see him as a forceful A grade bat in the BLG comp, unless the standard has dropped somewhat, so I don't see how that will guide them into a GF??

Thanks Norm and Scud for your best birthday wishes. And by the way Norm, 35 buddy!!!! but feel like a 25 year old waiting for the cricket season to start again.

I can confirm that Gawler Centrals have recruited a few players that Days has mentioned but this may come at a cost in regards of the players the club losers. With my contacts I would say that the players they have gained will only replace the players they will lose because the club has put a dollar figure on winning a flag. Great to get new blokes to the club but lets not prostitute the Barossa Light Cricket!!!!!!

Hamley are gone. I think some of there players are heading to gilbert valley and a couple maybe to Angaston. As for Mallala I think they may have put in to play down in div3 or 4.
