Likewise with McCarthy, can tell you although he isnt overly fussed he has said he wont bother putting his hand up in future.

Wasn't training at 10:30 on Sundays?

Yeah i think so, Jimmys main problem is though he has no car and no license, he relies on team mates to pick him up for games/trainings, even to pick him up and take him to and from work!

Also at 10:30am he prob still in a drunken coma

I think that's a pretty unattractive time, a day in the field on the Saturday then a few bevvies back at the club then roll out of bed on a Sunday morning to go train isn't that appealling.

You would think that they would be in if they had talked directly to the coach and told them the situation... Tell Jimmy ill pick him up and take him to trainings if they win this week!

LM, Can I please have $40 on Rosies into BL and $15 on Sibbick most wickets.

Is Stama not good enought to make the head to head markets anymore?
There once was a bloke named Fracka,
Scored runs since he was a young tacka,
But alas not anymore,
his shot selection's been poor,
and now they call him QUACKA!!

so why dont a few of you older lads (catchit, phantom) or who ever try and take over and run things? or just get 1 person from all teams to put their hands up and help out, just a thought.
on a other matter you are never too old to play assoc games, I watched the old fellas at r&c the other sat and some of them still have it . maybe just need better communication between the players and the assoc team selectors imo.
other than that will see you lads on sunday , good luck to both teams.

I would love to be involved in selection but have never been approached... I think trainings are just a way to pick a side on who ever rocks up.. 12 people should be picked and suspensions given for not rocking up if it was to be serious.. I remember kev thomas telling me he was available a few years back and didnt rock up and im pretty sure he was suspended?

That's probably because no one can be sure where you are playing from season to season! ;)

Stama didn't make the HTH because if Rosies bowl first and Jim plays I don't think he'll get a hit and there's no one in the PG middle order that I think would make a reasonable bet.
