Its old news!
Didn't think you dealt in rumor and innuendo Bagster.

Rumour and innuendi?

There wasnt much of that the facts were as i understand a parent of a player was extremley upset and let his feeling known in front of the entire club when his son was dropped from one of the side.

The coach was asked to re select his side by commitee members to please the angry father to which the Coach said he couldnt work under those type conditions and mutually they parted ways.

LOL thats the first time i have heard of a parent causing a scene about where their son is playing in SENIOR cricket. Poor lad whoever he is how embarrasing for him, his going to cop alot of sledging over his career one gets the feeling.

I stand corrected but have it on good authority thats basically how it played out. If anything i have written is incorrect i will happily delete my post.

dont think your too far away from the truth there whufc, after speaking with a few from CCC ive heard a similar story.
Edited. Do not try exploiting other users please mate. You made your point.

I reckon you will find it hard to give up totally and wouldn't mind betting you may play again in the future.

Sewelly has verbally committed to the club again for next season and considers there to be some unfinished business. From the chats i have had with him he wants to be more involved in the coaching side as well this year at EP.

As per normal procedure at EP Super will have to reapply for the job. No doubt Super will have lots at offers thrown at him from many different clubs. Obviously Super will have to weigh up what is best for him, eg coaching career wise, financially, socially etc etc. He has the runs on the board so to speak at EP so personally i hope he continues on.

Only people at the club that has committed to not playing next season is Darren Knox who has retired after a zillion great years of service and becoming an EP life member this season. Im sure he will play again though especially as his son is around the 12-14 yo, im sure he will one day want to have a season with him. Without blokes him and John A EP cricket more than likely would be dead.

Also Ray Smith has informed us that at the start of the year he will be giving district another crack. Good Luck to Ray he has so much talent hopefully he cant put all together and make the higher level. If things dont work out at District cricket EP will open him back with open arms.

And me personally, i had my MRI today, i will be getting the results next Monday, depending on what operation and recovery time i will need will depend on what happens for me next season. In order of priorities will be family, shoulder and then cricket.

I heard that one to from the man himself. Not sure what Rory is doing BUT would be very suprised if he left EP. Ian 'EASY' Williamson isnt going anywhere. Not sure about Tuckwell you would know more than me but he did seem to really enjoy his season last year.

Hannum will be around europe for most of the season and told me his not sure how keen he will be to have a hit when he gets back. If anywhere it will be at Freeling with the Mc boys?

Ray Bickle to leave Smithfield is the other i heard.
