Cove v Morphys - grudge match if there is ever one. Cant see Cove losing this one. In fact, i can't see them losing another game for the minor round.
WYC - Plympton - grand final rematch. Plympton lose this and they can nearly kiss finals good bye
Keswick v Glenelg - Keswick needing to continue winning these games against the bottom sides to make the 4. Glenelg need a win to get of the bottom
Ramblers v Belair - Belair needing a win to give themselves some breathing space from Glenelg. Ramblers, well jeeze they need to bounce back big time
Coromandel v South Road - This could be a game that decides 2nd spot at the end of the year or if they miss the 4. Huge game for both sides
Icc v North Haven - Worse game of the round. Will be relatively close though i reckon. NH to bounce back after the outright loss

cove should take it out this yr. strong middle order

Yes.
Let's give them the cup now and stop wasting valuable Saturday afternoons.
It is obvious that the Cove jugganaut is totally unstoppable, and the rest of us are playing for second place.
This season is a complete waste of everyone's time, and is looking very similar to last season in the AFL where Hawthorn were rated that much better that they won the flag easily.

Oh........................................Hang on, the Swans........................ oh yeah, that's right.

Good to hear.

One I hate having Bye's and Two have a lot of respect for Western Youth from Junior Level up always seems a well run Club and in general are playing in the right spirit. Enjoyed the game last year even if we ended up getting a small touch up in the Whenan Family game.

Yeah its been a pretty poor year with numbers for us. Hopefully things change after christmas for us numbers wise. Been the first two forfeits we have had in this association i reckon (so at least 12 years)

My old man, who loved his cricket and taught me the love of this wonderful game , is no longer with us.
Unfortunately, he is going to miss a game over the next 2 weeks, which might go close to suburban crickets version of Man U v. Man City.
Cove v. Morphies, this round, might be the most unique game played in ASCA for quite a while.

Playing for the home side, we have 2 past criketers of the year, 2 past captains, 2 past bowling trophy winners, 2 past batting trophy winners, 1 Assoc batting player, 1 joint bowling trophy winner playing against their old side. Oh, and Rob McCard.

I have tried my best to needle the Cove forum writers, but to no avail.

I really hope this game is played in the spirit that both my old man, and cricket itself, should expect it to be played in.

Ok Moe I will give you a response since you are fishing so hard. I think you are pumping this game up to be a bit bigger then it really is

1. Michael has been at Cove for 5 years now
2. Rob was only at Morphies for 3/4 of a year
3. Steven is not even playing this game due to work commitments

So maybe relax mate and let the guys play cricket. Stop carrying on like its bigger then the Tippet scandal and gee i dont know maybe get over it ha ha ha

How did all sides go today?? I didnt play due to work.

Did i see it with my own eyes, the scoring KING one D. Billett is playing section 1 today? Good on him. Dont know if he's able to bat/bowl/field and score at the same time but where there's a will, there's a way! He could even do the scoring shots graph whilst out there.

Cove could extend its lead at the top of the table with a win against morphies. Morphies win and they keep themselves alive in the finals race.
Corro and Sth Road will be a tight game, could go either way. Win and keep in the top 4, lose and its a log jam fighting for the last spot.
Keswick should be too strong against ANA and keep themselves in the hunt for finals, but all depends on what keswick roll up. Did they use their get out of jail free card last week? Anyone from Keswick want to comment on why Bubbles, Rusty and Macca all battered at the tail???
ICC should account for Haven. Haven better have packed lunch and dinner cause they will need it with that drive!
Ramblers will beat Belair that is all!
GF rematch, Same result as last years GF! WYC win again!

So what's happening down at Rambler land? Still whinging about everything? Figured out how to bowl sides out on your own deck yet? Morphies going to start any mid pitch punch ups this week?
It's bloody boring here lads..
