How are they going to workout who gets to host the games ???

The thinking here is that every club would get the chance host a game every second year.

I think the hosting will be done as randomly as possible. Although it will need to take into consideration that not every club can host on all of those dates so there will have to be some flexibility to it.

bit of common sense would be used on choosing these venues i hope... for example, keswick would have trouble hosting something like this due to the lack of facilities... before keswick get there back up there are plenty other clubs who'd struggle aswell...

Didn't have any issues hosting a double header T20 event last year, idiot.

wa wa!!!

still rubbish though!

regardless if you held one last year. if or when you move to westminster it would be even worse... you will have plenty of shade but the ladies would have to catch a taxi to get to a toilet!!!! still not acceptable imo...

I don't think the lack of facilities held Keswick back in hosting the double header very well last year. The idea here is that every club will get the opportunity to host a double header or the final every second year. I believe this is the fairest way it can be done.

We discussed this and dismissed this idea for a few reasons.

1. It then removes the chance for all clubs to host a days T20 Cricket, which is the main aim of doing it like this as well as the increased interaction between the clubs by having a game to watch either before your game starts or after your game finishes.
2. The location doesn't do it any favours and having the 2 games is going to require 3 clubs to play there as it is.
3. I also thought that Nth Haven have u/15's and possibly U/17's and thought using both ovals would be difficult on a Sunday afternoon.

We spoke very briefly about this last night. Any ideas on who could do it?

All i know is we play Keswick in rd 2 away, we play both coro's at home (stay away from their pitches :D ), play plympton at home, play Belair away! also ICC and South Road away in consecutive games - means i wont hit a four for over a month. Also play Cove at home i think.
