Should be your aim sib won't be around forever!!!!

Will be an interesting time when Sibbs does give it away. I haven't spoken to him so I'm not speaking on his behalf, but I could see him playing for maybe 1 more year. Browny would be next in line for the king of the hill role at the Lodge, with a couple of juniors leaving it could result in a couple lean years for them. Every team goes through this one day, but I guess when they have one dominant player for so long this is bound to happen.

So any other ins and outs for other clubs? Salisbury West confirm that J Mac has left or was that rumours? Pick-ups for Salisbury North and Angle Vale?

Bomber to Salisbury North is the only one that I know of, apparently there's more though.

Adam Ellis has put in a clearance to go to North Pines, he should destroy people in grade 5. A bit of a shame.

Has been named captain at the Pines this year. Played footy there and still has plenty of mates around the place. Good to have him back along with a few others.

Nevertheless, it's mainly a C grade comp, our B's had to go up to Grade 3 despite only just avoiding relegation in Grade 4.

Nth Pines should have a handy team in Div 5 this season if they can get all there players on the ground in the same game. A couple of names that should be playing are Adam Ellis, Dale Ross, Steven Mcphedran and soon to sign Mal Mcphedran.

My understanding is that the club asked to go up to div 4 but was declined.

Your understanding would be incorrect, there is no way any club would be refused to go up a grade unless they asked today, even then I'm sure the PDCA would accomodate.

I'm not bagging you mate, I just think that you were mis-informed, I think it's crap, it seems funny how the clearance gets put in a day after the programs are finalized.

Clearance should have been put in ages ago. I was told months ago that he was captain out there. Could play funny buggers and not clear him straight away............................
