i just want to know why finals take 4 weeks to complete when every other comp in australia takes 2 weeks.. Not having a go bull just curious.. Seems like a waste of time to me.. There is nothing better than finishing on a sat knowing you will be back the next day to finish the game instead of waiting a week.. Imo..
I used to eat a lot of natural foods until I learned that most people die of natural causes.

It's probably the same 11 or 12 that have approached about 6 clubs and asked if they could join and all play in the same side, just want to sponge an oval and equipment.

Agreed the finals should be held saturday and sunday. Its a legacy from the churches competition when it was dominated by church based teams who obviously had other things to do on a sunday. When independent central merged with churches the finals issue has to my understanding been on the agenda but has been kept to the status quo. Myself, and most of my clubmates prefer the sat/sun model but having said that i did appreciate our GF win a couple years ago, and the big saturday night that followed. My gut feeling is that with the issue brought up every year it will eventually revert to sat/sun.
